Having its name from the dignified communal people 'The Maasai' who graze and live in the park. It has provided a great shadow, evidenced by the many acacia trees and cloud-scattered blues skies on the massive grasslands. The reserve has exceptional wildlife upkeep that havens its natural diversity for wildlife, giving most of our visiting tourists many reasons to be pleased and keep visiting.
The reserve is well-known for the migration of wild beasts, considered one of the world's seven wonders. Every July through October, thousands of zebras, Thomson's gazelle, and wildebeest move to and from the Serengeti. The Mara River, home to hippos and crocodiles, runs through the southern end of the national reserve. The reserve has huge preferences for providing exceptional predator findings; if big cats are your thing, this is the place to be. Leopards, Cheetahs, and Lions scavenge the areas as often seen in most of the filmed documentaries. Large numbers of Buffalo, Zebras, Elephants, Giraffes, and many more animals are found in their natural habitat on the stretched ends of the reserve.
