Located in Taita Taveta County in Kenya, Tsavo is one of the oldest parks in East Africa. It is one of the largest animal sanctuaries globally; Tsavo park is divided into the Tsavo East and West. These parks together, encompass about four percent of their country's entire area and include waterfalls, volcanic hills, rivers, savannah, the huge plateau of lava-rock, and an imposing wildlife variety.  African Travelers Ltd offers a selection of wildlife camps and small luxury lodges with travels between different camps through the air, minimizing the time between parks and maximize time spent on viewing. We ensure the best wildlife viewing experience around the parks with accommodation to specific camping, bird-watching, and photography.

The Tsavo East is famously known for providing photo-worthy spots for large heard of elephants while rolling and sunbathing in enflamed dust. The bordering Galana River spirals its way through, providing an outstanding game view on the arid plains. Additional sceneries comprise the Yatta Plateau, Lugard Falls, and Mudanda Rock, spilling into waterfalls and pools filled with crocodiles. In addition to the wildlife species, the park has a rare local bird that comes in a rainbow of hues, bee-eaters, and white buffalo waivers.

The Tsavo West, located on the opposite side of Tsavo East, has the most advanced parts of the park compounding easy access to good facilities, and stunning views from the tall grassy woodland scenery. Being the home to the incredible water source of Mzima spring, the source of this spring being the ice-caps of Mount Kilimanjaro. Lake Jipe on the southwest part of the park is the wetland where birds such as Pied-kingfishers, palm nut vultures, knob-billed geese, and the African skimmer are found. Wildlife in the Tsavo West is not an easy view due to the dense vegetation, however, the beautiful scenery in the park creates compensation.
